These Terms of Service (these "Terms") apply to your use of our website and the services, features, content, or applications offered by porchpair (together with the Site, the "Services"). The Services allow you to store packages at theĀ locationsĀ of third-party hosts (each, a "Host") for a fee. You are solely responsible for any packages that you store with a Host through the Services, and porchpair and/or each Host is not responsible for any loss or damage to your packages. Porchpair will provide an reservation order refund if your package goes missing.

You will not store any illegal, hazardous, or inappropriate items with a Host through the Services.

You will not engage in any activity that may interfere with the functioning of the Services or the enjoyment of the Services by other users.

You will be solely responsible for any damages or injuries that may result from your use of the Services. Porchpair is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of your use of the Services.

You will indemnify and hold porchpair and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
