These Terms of Service (these "Terms") apply to your use of our website and the services, features, content, or applications offered by porchpair (together with the Site, the "Services"). The Services allow you to store packages at the locations of third-party hosts (each, a "Host") for a fee. You are solely responsible for any packages that you store with a Host through the Services, and porchpair and/or each Host is not responsible for any loss or damage to your packages. Porchpair will provide an reservation order refund if your package goes missing.

As a user of the Services, you agree to the following:

You will only use the Services for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You will not store any illegal, hazardous, or inappropriate items with a Host through the Services.
You will not engage in any activity that may interfere with the functioning of the Services or the enjoyment of the Services by other users.
You will be solely responsible for any damages or injuries that may result from your use of the Services. Porchpair is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of your use of the Services.
You will indemnify and hold porchpair and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Porchpair reserves the right to terminate your use of the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and porchpair and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and porchpair.
These Terms and the relationship between you and porchpair shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure of porchpair to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by porchpair without restriction.

You acknowledge and agree that porchpair is not responsible or liable for the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such websites or resources.
